Our journey began with the successful establishment of our parent company, CGR – Covai Green Ride, in Tamil Nadu. Building on this strong foundation, we expanded into Karnataka with a clear vision—to introduce advanced, high-performance electric cargo three-wheelers in the L3 segment that would redefine quality, innovation, reliability, and customer value.

What began as a bold vision in 2019 has transformed GR E-Vehicles into Karnataka’s leading manufacturer of L3 commercial electric vehicles.

GR E-Vehicles began its journey in Karnataka with the launch of the E-Loader GEN-1, powered by a 1.2 kW motor, from Hubballi, marking our entry into the state's emerging electric three-wheeler market with a commitment to quality and customer service.

- Entered Karnataka's electric three-wheelers market through Hubballi.
- Successfully launched the E-Loader GEN-1.
- Among the first companies to supply electric cargo three-wheelers to VRL Logistics.

Supplied Karnataka's first L3 electric garbage three-wheeler with hydraulic tipping mechanism. Designed with separate compartments for wet and dry waste and payload up to 500 kg.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
- Supplied one of Karnataka's first electric garbage collection three-wheelers with a hydraulic tipping mechanism.
- Supported multiple Urban Local Bodies and Gram Panchayats under the Swachh Bharat Mission.
- Delivered customised electric utility vehicles for hospitals and healthcare institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Developed specialised solutions for biomedical waste collection, e-waste management, and street sanitization.
- Expanded GR E-Vehicles' expertise in customised electric utility vehicle applications.
To meet growing demand, we established our dedicated assembly facility, marking a major transition from distributor to assembler. Launched the 4th Generation GR E-Loader with advanced technology and performance.

Introduced the Inter-Campus E-Loader, a compact electric utility vehicle for industrial campuses, capable of towing up to 1,000 kg and supplied across India.

- Successfully launched the Inter-Campus E-Loader for industrial and institutional applications.
- Engineered a specialised electric utility vehicle for factories, warehouses, campuses, mining operations, logistics hubs, and commercial facilities.
- Expanded the operations across multiple states in India.
- Achieved consistent monthly deliveries of 30–50 vehicles.
- Strengthened our position as a recognised Pan-India electric mobility brand.
Established our own integrated manufacturing facility in Karnataka with in-house design, engineering, R&D, manufacturing, assembly & quality control.

- Created dedicated Product Design and Research & Development departments.

Launched our first Authorised Exclusive Experience Centre in Hubballi, Karnataka, offering live vehicle demonstrations, expert consultations, product showcases, and test drives.
